Well it's been a bit nippy down here, most of us have been hermitting for at least a week and barely venturing far from home or car, let alone doing anything on The Hill. It feels like we've somehow floated down to Antarctica. The power is currently out, except at our house because we live in the central business district of Bluff (truly, there is one). Looking up at the other houses on the hill I can see people's windows lit up with candles, lovely. Just as lovely as the thunder and lightning and hail. At least it'll be killing off a few rats!
